Loggii
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Loggii helps bands and crew manage tour schedules, receipts, merch, and shared expenses. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, and what choices you have. Loggii is currently operated as an individual project in Sweden.
Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller for Loggii is the operator of the Loggii service ("we", "us"). For privacy questions or requests, contact us at hello@getloggii.se.
What data we collect
We collect and process the following categories of data when you use Loggii:
- Account data: email address and authentication credentials (stored securely by our auth provider; we do not store your password in plain text).
- Profile data: display name shown to other members of your band.
- Band and tour data: band name, tour details, show-day schedules, venues, notes, and crew membership.
- Financial tour data: expense amounts, VAT rates, categories, currency, who paid, and how costs are split between members.
- Receipt images: photos you attach to expenses, stored for your band when cloud sync is enabled.
- Merch data: product names, stock on hand, per-show settlements, and sales records you enter.
- Setlist data: tour setlist templates and per-show song titles and composers for STIM export.
- Tour lifecycle data: whether a tour is active or archived in your workspace.
- Invite codes: codes used to join a band (we do not publish invite codes publicly).
- Local device data: tour information cached on your phone or tablet so the app works offline.
- Sync metadata: timestamps and change records needed to keep devices in sync.
Data we do not collect
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs in the app. We do not process payments or store payment card details in Loggii.
Why we use your data
We use your data to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Let band members share the same tour information.
- Store receipts, expenses, merch stock, show settlements, and schedules.
- Sync data between your devices when you are signed in.
- Respond to support requests.
- Keep the service secure and fix errors.
Legal basis (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, we process personal data on these bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide Loggii when you create an account and use the app.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the service in ways that respect your privacy.
- Consent — where required, for example when you choose to attach receipt photos or enable camera/photo library access on your device.
Who we share data with
We share data only when needed to run Loggii:
We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
- Other members of your band — they can see shared tour data, your display name, and information you add to the band workspace.
- Supabase — cloud database, authentication, and file storage for receipt images when sync is enabled.
- Expo / EAS — app build and update infrastructure.
- Apple and Google — if you download Loggii from an app store, their standard distribution terms apply.
Local-only mode
If you use Loggii without signing in, your tour data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers. Cloud backup, crew sync, and receipt upload require an account and internet connection.
Storage, location, and retention
Cloud data is hosted through Supabase. Depending on project configuration, servers may be located in the EU or other regions used by our providers.
We keep your data while your account is active and you remain a member of a band. You can delete your account in Settings → Delete account; we remove your login and personal identifiers and anonymize or remove your references in band data as described in the app. If you are the only member of a band, your band and tour data are deleted with your account. Band data shared with other members may remain with the band after you leave, with your personal identifiers removed where applicable.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can update your display name in Settings. To exercise other rights, email hello@getloggii.se.
If you are in Sweden or the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) or your local supervisory authority.
Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security so band members only access their own band data. No online service is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep your device updated.
Children
Loggii is intended for band members and crew, not children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data through the app.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Loggii grows — for example when we add paid plans or account deletion. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email where appropriate.
